Gary was really great. Very knowledgeable and professional. I do not think that I would have been able to go on my 7 week RV trip from Colorado to Florida without his help. Both my wife and I learned a great deal from him.I am really glad that I used your services and school.Appreciatively,

What a crazy, scary wonderful experience that was. After the class the day before, I was scared to death BUT I did not die!!My instructor was Michael. He put me at ease and gave me great instruction. He talked almost the whole time which made me comfortable. I feel pretty confident and will do lots of practice. I think I would have liked a little more in town street driving though.I highly recommend the classes and Michael.

Thank You for the learning opportunity to attend the recent Recreational Vehicle Driving Course at the FMCA 108th International Convention in Tuscon AZ. Lesson # L15190Needless to say I was apprehensive of taking the wheel, however, I am aware of the importance of being an experienced co-pilot.The course was well designed with very important classroom information to begin with, that everyone driving a Recreational Vehicle should be aware of. From mechanics, technical information, general state laws to be aware of, to pointers of driving in traffic. With pictures, examples and personal experiences shared, the overview was all encompassing. My only wish was that my husband could have been there to give a shared understanding of the knowledge given. There were several pointers and tips given that I may not remember to pass on. Thus mentioning specifically that spouses would be encouraged to attend both sessions (classroom and driving session ) would have been very helpful. It would have also been helpful to have a specific overview of what to expect.“You will be brought into the fairgrounds and parked in temporary area for the first two days.”Then you will have two days of four hour sessions. The first day you will attend a four hour classroom session (spouses are encouraged to attend) and the next day you will be scheduled for a four hour driving session. This overview would have helped. Maybe this was given but in my angst I might have missed it.As I have said the classroom session was very informative and I appreciated the visuals given that clearly made an impression and reinforced the importance of having your full attention, focus on driving and the great responsibility when you take on driving any Recreational Vehicle. Excellent class and well done.‘Randy Davis was my driving instructor the next day. I appreciated the walk around instructions and pointers at the beginning that emphasized many of those items we reviewed in class. We took time to go over the instruments to help familiarize myself in their placement before driving.Starting off with turning helped me feel the placement of our rig and being in an open field gave me safety that is essential when I was behind the wheel for the first time. Randy did an excellent job of giving me feedback and confidence as I became more familiar with turns. He also checked in with me periodically to evaluate my comfort level. Hearing we would go on a two lane road was expected but I admit when the freeway was mentioned my inner panic had to be subdued. The thought of merging in traffic was terrifying in my head yet if you take on driving, having an instructor in the co-pilot seat when doing this was immeasurable. Especially if it is a third party and not a close relative.Randy gave clear instructions, anticipated my angst and was very good at reading my body signals. He could help me relax, take breaths and relax my hands to take away the white knuckle syndrome. He certainly was well aware of where I was coming from and supported me all along. He provided tips to stay in my lane and being aware of possible drifting when looking to the side. He emphasized the great importance of watching your mirrors and knowing where you are, as well the other vehicles on the road. This experience I know is only an introduction and beginning of my learning. From here it is our responsibility to create our driving opportunities, with baby steps and experience on the road. Experience is essential. This course gave me a great foundation and I would highly recommend this Driving course to everyone. In fact a periodic refresher course would be a great addition.Thank you again for an excellent opportunity and a great experience to build onI truly enjoyed RRandy’s’ expertise and reassuring support.Thank you

I really enjoyed and found the information I received during the classroom portion very informative. I really enjoyed and learned so much during the driving portion. Randy was excellent. He, first off, made me feel so comfortable and really helped me gain confidence in my ability to drive our coach. Because of the winds, yesterday, we spent extra time on backing. That was great! I need to do more of it. I really appreciated Randy and his wonderful teaching skills. He’s very patient and comfortable with his ability to teach. My husband and I will be recommending your driving school. We will be passing your cards out at our chapter meetings. This is a class everyone should take as a new driver or to reinforce or better their driving skills.Again, thank you so much.

The RV backing instruction that I received from the RV Driving School was both very well thought out and a valuable training tool for myself. The Instructor, Martin Stevens, discussed safety aspects as well as providing various backing scenarios to help further my skills.Martin was very knowledgeable of the process and a good communicator.I highly recommend this course for beginners and those needing a refresher.

I am pleased to send you feedback on my Saturday driving class with Joe Powell.I had driven my MH several times prior to the class, but was never confident to take it out alone!Joe was very professional and shared details of turns, backing in, emergency stops, even tips on filling diesel, and many other things that arise. He makes sure to provide the exact pivot points for the turns and the backing into a spot. Two of my friends had recommended Joe, and I’m so happy that he was able to meet my schedule, when I needed to pick up my RV at North Trail. He was such a pleasure. My friends that assisted me also enjoyed meeting him.Thank you!!!!

I want to thank you for providing training for learning to drive an RV. I arrived as a newbie being nervous driving such a monster RV. Many thanks to Frank Gilyard for his training instructions and patience. I left for the two and a half hour journey home with much more confidence in my abilities to reach my destination in safety for myself and others. In the beginning I managed to kill a traffic cone, knock a cone over and run the rear tires over a curve. That is why I wanted to attend the classes. It was after we covered all the lessons that I felt I needed additional practice with turning. I then proceeded to made turns until I felt much more comfortable with making turns.
The money spent for the learning to drive an RV were worth every penny to me. Thanks again for an excellent program and a great instructor.
Sincerely,
Dan and Robin S.
Taylor was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He is true professional. Both of us learned so much. It was a pleasure dealing with him and we would recommend him highly. Can we take him to our next campsite?

Hello George – Thank you for providing my Certificate of Completion and Credit Card receipt. My class with Mike was great! He is the ultimate professional, arrived on time, communicated well and addressed all of my concerns. I got a lot of driving time in a variety of conditions, wind, rain, road construction, traffic, managing other drivers entering the freeway, tight spots, parking at the grocery store so you don’t get trapped, backing into space in RV park as well as pull thru space and hookup safety, checking mirrors, easing out of driveways, and learning to reduce my concern if cars are behind me, plus many other details making the RV experience safer and more enjoyable. I will definitely recommend Mike and your school! Regards,
