In lesson L13806 I had instructor Bill in Fitzgerald, GA. I definitely learned a lot during my lesson and had fun doing it. Bill is a great teacher with lots of patience. More than just driving, I learned about safety and functions that my vehicle was capable of doing that I had no clue about. I would definitely recommend Bill to anyone else that is interested in learning more about their RVs and in my case my gooseneck trailer. I cannot stress enough how informative and knowledgeable that Bill was and how comfortable I felt behind the wheel leaving and how much more I had gained. I could not have found someone better if I tried. Thank you for this course because safety is very important to me and for others on the road.

My lessons from Ed exceeded my expectations. Although I had driven a 24-foot Cat C before, I found the 31-foot Cat A to be intimidating and initially a handful. Ed knew his stuff, shared many techniques, and delivered the information in an easy to understand and logical manner. He was on time each day and gave us our full eight hours of instruction. There were no weaknesses in the course and we are completely satisfied. Ed is a real asset to your business and it was our pleasure to meet and learn from him.
Felicia Joy M.This was exactly what I wanted and more. I few months ago I hit the keypad to my storage facility. Since then, I have had anxiety/fear about getting behind the wheel.
The first day we did an in-depth overview of my RV I was able to ask questions it was great. I really learned a lot more about my RV. He also went though my supplies and helped me filter which items were not needed. He helped my understand propane and what runs off of it. He was patient and allowed time for me to write my notes. I never felt rushed. He was honest and he if wasn’t for sure he would tell me to refer to my users guide.
We then went to parking lot, but first he showed me the shoulder trick when turning. This was single handed the best thing I ever heard. So many people tell me “make a wide turn” but what does that really entail. This tip WAS LIFE CHANGING. Im scared that ill forget it. It angers me when people say just make a wide turn. They don’t understand there are mechanics to turning that’s more complex than just making a wide turn. Bill understands this and helped me master (okay not master but execute) turns pretty well. He did a great job a building my confidence
The second day was super nervous. My brake line had a leak and we had to address that. I was terrified I was trying to come up with excuses not to get on the road. But he reassured me and we started on non busy back roads. I was able to calm down and become more confident. Now I was white knuckling it but I was doing it. Then we got on the interstate, and I was like oh God no, I was driving fine but I was scared then we went to Buccees and learned about gas stations and that helped a lot. By that time I was feeling better. Then we went to my neighborhood and he showed me that I could easily navigate around the cars. I practiced my turns and maintained the lane. He also gave me one last lesson on the gate of my storage facility. Before he left he reviewed everything that I needed to follow up on (like my brakes and slide).
Overall, this was a great experience, and the money was well worth it. Everyone kept telling me don’t waste your money just drive. I’m so glad that I trusted my gut and took this course. I will be recommending this to any and everyone. I’m excited to get started and hit the road. I had an exceptional instructor and my life is better having met him.
My only con is that more people don’t take these courses and buy these RVs and hit the road without any training. I truly hope they enact laws that require at least an online training session to drive or tow RVs

Just wanted to reach out and let you know how much we enjoyed our lesson this week with Herb. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He offered encouragement and lots of suggestions. Our skills have significantly improved in the short time and plan to continue practicing them.
Thank you.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our two days of driving instruction with Tim. We both feel like we are much more capable drivers than we were before the lessons.–
Brian D.At your behest, we felt compelled to respond regarding our recent lesson conducted over this past weekend. To be honest, we would have responded anyway to let you know how thrilled we were to be taught by Louis Majoris. This is our first RV, and to say that we were a little apprehensive about driving something so large was an understatemen
The Friday before our session we ran into some wiring issues with the RV. Since we don’t know what we don’t know, we pushed a button we shouldn’t have and suffice to say, burned some of the wiring. We dropped off the RV for a quick (we hoped) fix. Friday evening we went to go pick up the rig and they called and said they needed additional time to work on it Saturday morning- but they said they thought they could get it fixed by 9. I reached out to Louis and explained the situation and he was very accommodating and just asked that we keep him posted so he could time leaving to meet up with us and we could extend the training appointment if needed.
So, up and at ‘em Saturday morning, we find that we have an issue with our 17 year old Rat Terrier named Jack. We woke up to find his paws all swollen due to an allergic reaction and we needed to get him addressed as soon as possible. Off to the vet we go where he gets a shot and while we are there we receive the call that the rig is done. On the phone with Louis to update him and we schedule to meet at noon- which is now 3 hours past the time we had originally arranged.
We grab the rig (along with Jack- who is blind, deaf, and just had a shot) and meet Louis at the RV Storage where we began our lesson.
We could tell immediately that Louis was our kind of guy! He loves dogs, but more importantly, knows driving and he immediately put us at ease. My wife and I have not had this much fun just driving around in years. Louis really simplified it for us and took a lot of the fear of driving something so large. We really enjoyed ourselves and Louis’ company as he was instructing us all the way to the end and not just with driving but with best tips and practices on what to look for with our new rig.
Most importantly, we are both comfortable driving on back roads, interstates, downtown, tight squeezes, and the all-important backing in correctly! We now have the tools and know that we can go anywhere with this monstrosity- which was the main point of the whole exercise.
We both wanted you to know what a true asset and ambassador Louis is to your organization, and we would not hesitate for a minute to recommend RV Driving School to anyone who is either interested to learn or even thinks they know how to drive an RV. My wife and I are both so glad we found you folks!
We wish you continued success! Thank you

I enrolled in RV Driving School for a lesson on October 5th & 6th. My instructor was Dave Ellis. He arrived early as did I and provided solid information. We went through everything from pre-check, vehicle specifics, behind the wheel skills, and answered all questions that I had. My goal was to confirm that what I was doing while driving and maneuvering this large diesel Super C was correct. He built my confidence level and reinforced my skills. As an aside, I know that this course would have been even more beneficial if I had never driven a motorhome. We owned a Type C-small 28 ft that I drove exclusively. When I upgraded to the much larger motorhome, I felt that I wanted/needed more instruction on dealing with the differences that this much longer length and bigger chassis presented. I would suggest that you offer a one-day class for those that are upgrading to the larger motorhomes but already have driven a motorhome.Enjoyed my time with Dave Ellis.Thank you,

We really enjoyed having Ms. Doane as an instructor. We owned a sprinter RV for several years and always meant to take a class but never got around to it. When we traded that in for a travel trailer and had difficulty mastering backing, we thought it was time. An internet search led us to you and Joanne as our regional teacher. It was great. She helped us figure out the backing and on the road gave us many useful pointers. An added bonus: she is a super nice person. Even if you think you know everything, taking a RV driving class is worth the while and expense. You’re bound to learn something and it might just result is you saving your life or that of someone else.
Sincerely,
Eric H.
Just wanted to follow-up any previous communication and let you know this was the single best decision to help us in our transition into RV life. The confidence the training gave us is immeasurable and Tim McLeod was great! The insight and tips have been tremendously useful. Additionally, the road drive turned into a decision making test which was so beneficial in building our confidence to handle difficult situations. Thank you!Respectfully,
John H.
I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the RV driving instructions. Aaron Pacheco is the best instructor I have ever worked with.I was quite nervous about the training and not sure I could do it. Aaron created a relaxed environment for me. He made me forget my fear and concentrate on the learning processes.I would definitely recommend your school to anyone who wants to become proficient driving and backing up a RV trailer.Aaron gave me the confidence to succeed. He also made me feel I had the best training possible.I want the thank you again for your excellent school and Aaron Pacheco especially.
