My lessons with Charles exceeded my expectations.  I have never towed a trailer, Charles has given me the confidence needed to avoid bad situations, and handle the backing up.  In addition, he thoroughly instructed me regarding safety issues that will be valuable.  I had many offers from friends to teach me, I do not feel I would have received a full understanding of the process.  I would not hesitate to recommend Charles.
