Duane was on time, personable, came prepared with Smith System Driving overview material and other tools to assist in my training.  His instruction was clear and direct, he was honest and gave excellent feedback on how I was progressing throughout the training.  He took time to listen to my questions and provided clear answers.  I really appreciated that his instruction was specialized to accommodate to my RV and towing situation.
