Lance was kind, considerate and extremely helpful!!!

He was very detailed in explaining everything, and made sure that I understood. we did a complete setup and went over different points with me and at the end he told me I did a great job…. which made me very happy. We have a 32ft and I am the sole driver!

One point when getting out of the rig ….I mentioned that I did not know how to use a fire extioner. He took it out and went step by step, how to hold it when pulling the pin, and what happens with the levers and making sure to tell me that you start at the bottom, where the fire began and sweep up! Then he made me do it from the start 🙂

I had told him that I went to my local fire department for instructions and they told me I should just google it… I was extremely pissed and he was shocked.

I would recommend Lance to anyone with a rig!!!
