Yesterday I completed the 2 day instruction and had Jordy as my guide. He was terrific; patient, professional, knowledgable and encouraging. Needless to say it was HOT and Jordy moved the traffic cones around continuously in 105 degree temps. And my AC in my coach wasn’t keeping up either.
